We started our operations in a modest way by setting up agency  for collection and recovery of loans for the banks. Under the guidance of Mr yadwinder singh gill who is founder  of saviour agency, the activities came to age with establishment of spectrum of ancillary services like Customer verifications, RCUs and FCUs for different banks.

As the experience  grow, we started purchasing bad debt portfolios of banks and companies and introduce our new agency in Bad debt portfolio management.

With the advent of SARFAESI Act 2002, the banks start their Bad debt collection through sarfaesi , and we expanded our operations to enforcement agency and start giving solution for the Sarfaesi process also.  

We have dedicated teams for different clients.Our Debt recovery services include pay special attention to case assessment, friendly negotiations and candid analysis of the relative risks. Our approach to debtors is firm but friendly. Upon receipt of a case, it will be assigned immediately to the dedicated team, who handle the case right from beginning to end. 

Our dedicated team assigned to the client will be responsible to monitor bad debt collections, measure the efficacy and effectiveness of strategies and liaison with the clients on ongoing basis thereby ensuring that client expectations with regards to their bad debts recovery, are met.
